ESX V1600A 20 cm (8“) Active Subwoofer System with Passive Woofer

The VISION series gets high-profile growth with the completely new-developed active subwoofer box V1600A. When designing this sound system, special attention was paid to rich and precise bass from small case dimensions, which was optimally realized with the specially tuned 20 cm (8 “) active woofer and the equally sized, opposite passive woofer. This concept provides more bass compared to conventional bass reflex systems with less noise at a relatively small volume. The compact but extremely solid housing of the ESX CUBE is made of 5 mm thick extruded aluminum cast and the two sturdy protective grids protect the woofers. Thanks to the ingenious mounting system, the “miracle cube” is very easy to assemble. A stable base plate with guide rails is fixed in the trunk and the housing is simply pushed into the rails. The advantage here is that the sound system can be removed from the vehicle at any time, if the space is needed elsewhere. The integrated Class A / B amplifier is equipped with high-level inputs and automatic turn-on function and delivers up to 300 watts of music power. With the included cable remote controller, the bass level, the low-pass filter and the phase angle can be controlled.
